Pattern: Driver Duty Constructor

This pattern comprises three other patterns: Driver Duty Builder, Driver Duty Director, and Driver Duty. The first two patterns build and assemble the components of the third.

• Driver Duty Builder and Driver Duty Director work together as the components of Builder [Gamma+95]
